You manage to meld a high level of technical expertise with gentleness, humility and appreciation of the capabilities of the person that you are helping. You make people better, both in their ability to fulfill their responsibilities and in their confidence and clarity of purpose. As hard as it is to see you go, I know that your greatest accomplishments are ahead! I only regret that another organization will enjoy them! You will be greatly missed.
